Dave is Frank’s other kiteboarding instructor. Emma meets him at the weekend trip to Cancun.
He is single ,has no children, and is in his early 30’s.
A native Californian, he resides part of the year in his home state and the other in ‘the city’ providing lessons in Frank’s school.
